Owner, Roseann Atkins, has found her passion by sharing her knowledge of all things sweet. "Cake is such a simple thing, but it brings so much joy. I love teaching a Mom to create a birthday cake or decorate a batch of cookies for her child's party. "
Roseann is a certified pastry professional, and has taken part in many cake competitions, earning the Gold Medal in the category "Best Wedding Cake for Tasting" at the last Salon of Culinary Arts held in the Jacob Javitz Center, NYC.
As a member of The Guild of Baking and Pastry Arts of Long Island, Roseann is continuously learning and sharing knowledge among the pastry industry.
